Do you feel like you’re always tired, stressed, and overwhelmed?

Life is crazy!  Your hands are full and you feel like you can’t take on ONE.MORE.THING right now.  Maybe you’re a parent trying to help your struggling child, or, maybe you’re a busy woman, trying to manage a household, be successful at work, care for aging parents, and not LOSE YOUR EVER-LOVING MIND in the process.  Wait- don’t forget about self-care!  But when do you have time for that?!  There just aren’t enough hours in the day.

What if you could learn how to find balance and start enjoying your life again?

Hi, I’m Leah!

I work collaboratively with you and your loved ones (when appropriate) to help you learn how to manage those feelings of overwhelm and stress.  I use evidence-based methodologies, including CBT, mindfulness, person-centered, solution focused, and play therapies to help you achieve your goals, thereby improving the quality of your life.

Clients describe me as being approachable, funny, and easy to talk to.
