Being a woman in today’s world is hard work!
We are expected to be everything to everyone, and often struggle to put ourselves first. If you’re reading this and nodding your head, it’s because I GET IT.
From parenting, working, being a good wife/girlfriend/partner, etc., running a household, coordinating the chaos that is daily life, and caring for aging relatives, you have nothing left at the end of the day to take care of your needs.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone to vent to about all of it?!
With women, I utilize primarily talk therapy, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, as well as mindfulness; all done with a sense of realism and humor, when appropriate.
